What counts as a task

A task is one run of a tool that gives you a file to download: merging five PDFs into one is one task, and so is compressing one. Opening a PDF to read it, checking its signatures and signing a document someone sent you never count. Free counts 10 tasks a day across your browser, your network and your account, and starts again at midnight UTC. A task that fails is not counted.

Questions about pricing

Is there still a free plan?
Yes. All 43 browser tools are free, with no account and no watermark: 10 tasks a day, on files up to 50 MB and 100 pages. Pro removes the count and adds the tools on our servers, AI and sending documents for signature.
Why does Free have a daily count?
10 tasks a day cover occasional use. People who work with PDFs every day can remove the count with Pro, which also pays for the servers, the AI and the mail the other tools need. The site carries no advertising networks; Pro is what keeps it running.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for the AI tools: a summary costs 1 credit for every 2 pages, a question about a document 2 credits, and a translation 5 credits a page. Pro includes 1000 credits each month, which do not carry over; an AI pack adds 2000 credits that last a year. Free has no AI tools.
What is the pass?
Pro for 7 days, paid once and never renewed, with 250 AI credits. Buy one whenever you need Pro for a short job; a second pass starts when the first ends.
Do I need an account?
Not for Free: the browser tools work without one. Pro is bought with an account, so it follows you to every browser and device where you sign in.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Prices are shown in your country's currency where we price in it (in Indonesia, in US dollars), and otherwise in euro; they include the tax that applies where you are. Paddle, our merchant of record, takes the payment by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or local methods and sends the invoice.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel at any time under Manage billing on the account page; Pro then runs to the end of the period paid for. A purchase is refunded in full within 14 days if it has not been used: no tasks on our servers, no AI credits spent and no documents sent for signature.
Who is behind the site?
