Frequently asked questions
- Why did GATE reject my photo?
- Almost always the file: a format other than JPG, a size outside the window, or the wrong pixel dimensions. The table above lists what Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, for GATE 2026 states; the tool makes your file meet every line it can check and tells you which it cannot.
- Does my file leave my phone?
