IBPS: make your photo, signature and documents fit
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection rejects uploads that break its rules. Drop your files here: each is cropped, resized and compressed to the rules below, checked, and named. Nothing is uploaded; it runs on your device.
The site of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection could not be reached on October 26, 2026; these rules come from the text of its notice as quoted elsewhere, and are checked again every month.

Where these rules come from
Read on October 26, 2026 from Notification CRP PO/MT-XVI: guidelines for scanning and upload of documents (Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers (CRP PO/MT-XVI), notice of 30 June 2026) (published June 30, 2026)
Portals change their rules without notice. If IBPS asks for something else now, tell us and the page is corrected within a day. Report a change
Frequently asked questions
- Why did IBPS reject my photo?
- Almost always the file: a format other than JPG, a size outside the window, or the wrong pixel dimensions. The table above lists what Institute of Banking Personnel Selection states; the tool makes your file meet every line it can check and tells you which it cannot.
- Does my file leave my phone?
- No. The rules come with the page, and the cropping, resizing, compressing and checking run in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to us.
- The portal asks for a minimum size and my file is smaller. What happens?
- The picture is encoded sharper first. If it is still under the minimum, a comment that every reader skips is added inside the file so that it reaches the minimum; the picture itself does not change.
- Can you fix a blurred photo or a dark background?
- No. Software can crop, resize and compress; what the picture shows is for the camera. The card under each file names what IBPS asks of the picture itself.
